Client Background
Eye hospitals handle a steady flow of patients, from first registration and OPD checks to counselling, surgery and discharge. When each step lives in a separate register, phone call or file, appointments get mixed up, OT slots clash, bills go out in pieces and owners wait for reports. IV Infotech set out to solve this for eye hospitals with a single cloud platform called Eyenosis.
Eyenosis is a product we built in-house, so we designed it for many hospitals from day one. Each hospital gets its own workspace, hospital code, users and permissions, while a Super Admin approves new hospitals and manages plans, subscriptions and payments. Inside every hospital, reception, doctors, OT staff, counsellors and accountants work on one connected patient journey, from registration to discharge.

Challenge / Problem
eyenosis faced critical gaps that were directly limiting growth and customer trust.
Controlled Hospital Onboarding
Hospitals should be able to start a free trial, but no hospital should go live without review. The platform needed a request and approval flow owned by a Super Admin.
Without approval control, the platform owner cannot decide which hospitals go live or manage their plans.
Many Hospitals on One Platform
Every hospital needs its own workspace, unique slug and hospital code, without the product turning into separate copies of the software.
A weak tenant structure makes updates slow and hospital management hard as the platform grows.
Data Built Around Ophthalmology
Eye prescriptions depend on the eye being treated, so medicine data had to include dosage, type, category and mode (left eye, right eye or both eyes), along with a diagnosis list.
Generic lists lead to inconsistent prescriptions and slower work for doctors.
Many Roles, One Patient Journey
A receptionist, doctor, OT assistant, counsellor and accountant all touch the same patient, and each needs a clear screen with the right rights.
Unclear roles lead to repeated data entry and users seeing more than their job needs.
Locations and Time Zones Across Countries
Hospitals in different countries need their own locations (country, state, district) and time zones for appointments and OT scheduling.
Wrong time zones cause booking confusion for hospitals outside a single region.

Services Delivered
A comprehensive solution tailored for eyenosis.
SaaS Architecture and Super Admin
We designed the multi-tenant structure and the Super Admin layer that approves and manages every hospital on the platform.
Web Application Development
We built the hospital modules that follow the patient from registration to discharge, in one connected web application.
UI/UX Design
We designed clear dashboards for each role, so every user sees the screen and actions their job needs.
Role and Permission Design
We tied every screen and action to a role, which limits what each user can see or change.
Master Data and Configuration
We built eye-care specific master data so hospitals select from clean lists instead of typing free text.
Reports and Analytics
We built operational, clinical and financial reports into the product so owners do not depend on separate tools.
Built-in Features
Drive engagement and conversions with smart, battle-tested functionality.
Role and Permission Management
Every screen and action is tied to a role, so receptionists, doctors, OT staff and accountants each get their own dashboard and rights.
Audit Logs
Important activity on the platform is recorded, and the Super Admin can review it.
Surgeon Time Slots for OT Booking
Staff choose the surgeon from a dropdown and see the available time slots before booking an OT appointment.
Eye-Care Medicine Master
Medicines are stored with dosage, type, category and mode (left eye, right eye or both eyes), along with a diagnosis master.
Share History
Hospitals can share patient history and hospital history through incoming and sent requests.
Locations and Time Zones for Many Countries
Location and time zone masters let hospitals in countries such as India, Australia or Germany set the right region.
Measurable Results
The platform delivered immediate, measurable business impact in all key metrics.
